ABSA Bank what an absolute pleasure! Thank You!

I just want to congratulate ABSA. I ordered my maxi passport and ID card on home affairs and went to Towers North. I was in and out of the branch in 5 minutes., everyone was warm and helpful and within FOUR days my passport was in my hands. I then went to ABSA The Glen to exchange some Euros and there the people were warm and helpful and pleasant and efficient. I then realized on a Sunday afternoon that my debit card was expiring, I took a chance and went online and there online I could apply for a new debit card, the system was great the process was seamless and done in all of 5 minutes. well done ABSA you are absolutely fantastic.. thank you thank you thank you.
