ABSA BANK WANTS YOU TO STAY INDEBTED TO THEM, THEY IGNORE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT REQUESTS

I received a 50% discount offer from ABSA regarding my credit card that`s in arrears and I sent an email to this effect, so I could take up the offer with a gentleman by the name of Xolani Mthembu. Now he has gone silent and no longer responds to emails.

The question now is, how can they now want to make noise about non-payment when they don't respond to emails with regards to payment arrangements?
