Absa bank wants to reposse my car

I app**** for relief fund in May twice and did not get communication, in June a call center agent called me and noted that I app**** for 3 months relief. Today's debit order bounced because I get paid on 25th but I use a different bank from my job, then I get an SMS from Elijah from repossessions department who tells me I have to pay more than twice my monthly installment.
