Absa Bank vs Cut and Size Company

On saturday I went to Cut and size to buy some material I swiped R19829 with my credit card, and I got an sms saying that I have paid that amount and my available balance is R3615, now this morning when I log on internet banking my balance is R00, so I called credit card department to find out what is happening then they told me that the cut nd size company deducted money twice in my account thats why there is no longer money in my account, then I ask them to revert that money back they said they cannot do that from their side as I need to speak with the company to do so. So when I call that company they are saying they have only one transaction from their side there is nothing they can do. I must go back to bank to reverse the money and give me my remaing balance of R3615. Then I went to one of Absa branch to find exactly what is happening and I was told to send my issue to dispute department to invistigate, mean while I am suffering with the stress that I have no money in my account, because when I ask how long it will take for dispute department to complete my issue no one is giving me a straight answer. It so unfair to me as now I am broke because of Absa, why dont they rever
