Absa bank Viljoenskroon poor service
Absa in Viljoenskroon service is pathetic. They slow and only have one person at enquiries and that lady doesn't seem like she wants to help people. I was there for almost a hour to help my mom fix her and she did not come right. The lady just said she must come back tomorrow but they are not open on Saturdays. I took my account away from absa more than a year ago because of the poor service and at this stage I'm thinking of moving my mom's account also.

16 Feb 2024, 16:15Thank you. I am very unhappy about this. This is the second time my mom went there to get something done and they did not help here. She is old and can't stand so long. I'm working during the week and the only times I can help her is on a Saturday. Now she has to wait another week and her app doesn't work so she can't pay any of her stuff.
