ABSA BANK VERY UNHELPFUL, UNCO-OPERATIVE AND SERVI
I took out a home loan from ABSA and paid it off earlier than expected. On three occasions I went into the bank to see what my balance was and three times I was told that they owed me a lot of money. On closing the account the paid me R2298.00 . I contacted the home loan section on their web and asked them to check the account as it was very inconsist, that was over a month ago and to date I have heard nothing. I even contacted their Omboutsmann but to no avail. I really do not know who to turn to now.<br> NEVER BANK WITH ABSA you get taken for a ride.
