ABSA Bank very dissapointed

So i took out a personal loan last week. I was trying to transfer the funds and it kept comjng back with an error. Eventually i called and they advised there could be a fica hold on the account. Today i go into the Alberton branch and the lady tells me i shoukd go to the branch where i opened the account, which didnt make sense, however she advises me to go to the edenvale branch. When i get there the lady tells me the Alberton consultant advised me wrong and the account was actually opened in Durban. She then advises that firstly the loan consultant put a fica hold on the account which doesnt make sense because how could they firstly provide me with a new bank card because i lost the card and should have never even given the loan without the account being fica'd. And now they advise that nothing can be done only the loan consultant can lift the fica hold. Now mind you the loan consultant is not contactable by phone only email. He does answer emails. I am fumjng to say the least. My salary will be going in that account and i am unable to use the account or card. Now what if this loan consultant is on leave till next year? This is absolutely ridiculous that they have given me the runaround and there is still no solution.i took out that loan to do renovations now that quote has expired and eventually when they lift the hold i will have to pay more money.
