This is directed at ABSA BANK DURBAN NORTH SWAPO ROAD. YOUR SERVICE IS MOST DISGUSTING. You have no people skills, no consider whatsoever for your clients, you rather sit and make them wait for no reason at all, than approach them and ask if they are assisted or need assistance. You should do yourself a favor and close down. Absolutely disgusting service, especially for the eldery. And when you call to complain they put you on hold or transfer you!!! Go and extract my recording and listen to it. You blatantly **** there was a queue, just to save your ass, I will never again advise my elderly parents to visit that useless branch. They would rather drive to a branch further away to be assisted then go to that piece of **** hole. Please relay this message to your regional Head!!! And dont bother calling me, I dont bank with your useless bank, unfortunately my parents do! I JUST WANT MY MESSAGE RELAYED TO THE APPROPRIATE PEOPLE.
