ABSA BANK UNRESPONSIVE

Good morning

It is truly with a heavy heart that I turn to Hello Peter this morning. I have app**** for a personal loan with Absa Bank - after having been banking there for a long time. I received my quote and ref no, but every time I tried to send my docs through, I get an automated response that I have an incorrect reference number. After phoning their help line how many times, speaking to a few consultants and this morning not getting through to them, writing countless emails with my issue - it is still not resolved. I need to get this resolved ASAP.
