ABSA BANK UNCLEARED TRANSACTIONS

After contacting Absa to reverse several unclear funds that are supposed to be refunded to my account the only response I get from their call centre is to email them and the department that deal with uncleared transactions only work via email and they currently have a backlog I must be patient, very funny how I must be patient for my own money. One transaction even dated back to March.
