Absa bank unauthorized debit orders

I am so dissapointed in absa, the service and app are so useless to a point that i just watched unauthorized transactions happen to my account. The same night i called the ***** department and they couldent help me and i was told to call in the morning and they were unable to freeze or hold the account. The other thing is the app doesnt have a feature were you are able to approve or disapprove debit orders. How do we suppose to trust absa with our money while people can debit money into our accounts without our knowledge and the app does not have a debit order reversal option. Please assist with that so we may approbe debit orders that are legit to us so the rest we may block
