Absa bank *****ulent collection

I have a personal loan with absa which due to financial circumstances was handed over to the attorneys. In June 2023 I sent an email advising Nicholas Ngwenya that I could only afford 300, my email was never responded to. On Friday 22 September while doing shopping I tried to withdraw some money however I kept getting receipts stating that I had no funds which made no sense as I had just received my salary, I then checked my app and saw a debit journal of 14858 which was deducted by absa I went into the branch tye consultant had to make a call to the collections department who advised that he call the attorneys ,the attorneys in turn told me that they did not deduct the money as they do not have my account details. I have an 11 month old baby and a 75 year old mother who is diabetic and I could not buy food or medication for them because Absa decided to debit all my money and not the 300 as per the mail that I sent to them in June.
