Absa bank treats me like I don't have vehicle insurance when I provided them with one.

My name is Pulane Moyana and I have vehicle finance with ABSA bank. The bank requested me to provide proof of insurance which I provided via email. However despite providing the same as per the bank's request, the bank proceeded to treat me as having no insurance and increased my installment by more than 1000rands. I am having insurance with miway and my insurance policy number is ***. I don't understand why the bank treats its clients like this or why I must pay for clear incompetence in its rank. I demand that I be refunded for the extra amount that has been deducted.
