ABSA bank - Totally ***********.

ABSA is without a doubt the most useless bank in this country ! I have been trying for 5 years to get my vehicle registration documents from ABSA bank. Not only did they send the paper to the wrong branch, TWICE, thay also somehow misplaced the papers once it was returned to the head office where it was sent to. After countless emails and phone calls, I was eventually informed that the Papers were "Archived" and I had to complete a request form to get the papers. Still nothing, not even a response from the email address one is supposed to send this request to (of course it's email only) ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC !! I am now sitting wat a useless vehicle I can't do anything with as I don't have registration papers. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Best decision I ever made was to cancel all my business with this useless, inept institution !
