ABSA BANK ******* OR ********** OR BOTH?

I have an ORIGINAL ABSA TRUST SHARE CERTIFICATE taken out many years ago, I have now tried to get it cashed for the last year, everybody at ABSA that I had contact with said they could not find it, yet NOBODY could confirm that it had been paid out. ABSA ARE YOU *****S OR ********** or just plain DUMB? I WANT MY MONEY. IF YOU DON'T CONTACT ME TO ARRANGE FOR PAY OUT I WILL OPEN A ***** CASE AGAINST YOU WITHIN 48 HOURS.
