Absa Bank & they Vultures

Dear Sir / Madam

I have a credit card , that i was owing money on i was handed over to new debt , i took a personal loan for my mothers operation , now when that moeny went in it was taken by absa , to top it all of i didnt give Absa any instruction to take that moeny my mother is now laying hospital waiting fo r her op has she doesnt have medical aid , Absa bank are like vultures just taking peoples money without consent , they dont want to refund my money when i called in yesterday . to top all of when i put my credit car int he atm , it swallowed it . please sort this asap i can give you medical records to show my mum is ill .
