Absa bank the worst loan bank ever.

I took a loan with absa bank.... A year later I made a deposit on my loan meaning my installments will reduce that's what I was told.... A few months ago it went back to the normal installment which wasn't the agreement... I am not happy at all..... And I won't pay anything more then what my installment reduced to I mean this is ridiculous... When I called the call centre they said there nothing they can do I just have to take it as an installment brake....really pathetic service...
