Absa Bank = the worst financial service provider.

Absa South Africa has been *****ing from me for the past 10 months, after requesting a simple downgrade from their premium package because it is of no use to me....I don't even know who my banker is or who my banker at the time was (obviously because of the lack of communication) but to date they're still billing me like a premium client and refuse to downgrade the account and give me my money back. I have called every help line under the sun and these people still refuse to do one simple thing, downgrade the account and give me my money back...
