ABSA BANK, THE WORST BANK EVER

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. The service is not just slow—it’s nonexistent. I had issues making payments on my account, got them resolved, only to find that a month later, the same problems reappeared, preventing urgent payments due to errors on their system.

I spoke to a man named Tshoane at Absa The Grove. He assured me he would sort it out, but when I tried calling him later, he simply sent me the general number to call. That number was no help, as no one could assist me.

I went to Absa The Grove in person, only to sit there waiting for assistance. When I finally spoke to him, he said he would call me later as he couldn’t resolve the issue while I was there. Unsurprisingly, when I called back, no update was provided.

I would never recommend Absa to anyone.
