Absa bank the glen business accounts

Hi I have a problem with absa bank the glen they move the business banker from Southgate now there is no one to help us when you go to the glen the business banker is always busy don't return phone calls is it besauce it's a small business .We the people that wants to grow but when people don't help you to grow we have to move the acc to a different bank I want to stay with the bank but the service is poor
