Absa bank the *********

Absa bank has ****** R2100 from my account on the 30th of July. I have complained on Hellopeter twice. I have sent 10 emails to the complaints department, Patrick West, Lebo Mashiane, Group customer care, complaints and Absa and you can name them all. I even went so far as to post on their Facebook page how useless they are. Still, they could not give me my money back, but they dared to charge me interest on my credit card for that missing money. Now The useless Lebo Mashiane tells me that they paid the money back on the 30th of July 2022. Lebo can you please wake up. That was the money that went to the wrong account, the account that Absa placed on my profile that does not belong to me. On that same day, I had to pay the same amount again to my credit card as they stated that they would pay it back in 36 hours. Well well, Absa, it is now almost two months. I am going viral with this, I had enough.
