Absa bank that bank that robs you

So tell me how does this work ABSA? ???? First you debit money for something that's balance has been fully paid and after numerous calls and attempts to get my money back for this issue NOTHING is done although you claim that calls are recorded and then out of the blue you wrongfully debit my account again for what looks like overdraft facility fees! I DO NOT EVEN HAVE AN OVERDRAFT FACILITY WITH YOU! I am now tired of this **** you are *****ing money and robbing innocent people I think it's time to contact the OMBUDSMAN because you are not doing jack about anything !
