Absa bank terrible service

Hi my father is in prison from august 2018 i have been trying to get permission from absa bank to manage his account i did go to absa carletonville they said i need written document from prison which i did get from kroonstad correctional servise i have signed letter from my father giving me permission i have certified copy of his Id on Saturday i went to absa carletonville with all the documents i was told they never dealt with a case like this i need to collect a person from kroonstad absa to go with me to the prison. really absa do you know the protocol at prison i am so sick op absa bank i received no help from them
