Absa Bank taking my money

I am appalled with Absa Bank - I have just noticed on my account i am debited R509.20 for internet banking fees - what hogwash is this, why are you *****ing money from me????? I have had my account with you for about 3 months and i regret moving to you, i will be closing my account if this cannot be resolved and my money reversed, this is appauling how you can take so much money out of someones account..................
