ABSA Bank systems
I honestly dont understand why it is so difficult for people at Absa to sort out a problem their systems create. Case C***5. not only did you deduct my annual fees, then proceeded to deduct a montly fee as well. I phoned and asked you reverse the one, still nothing. It's been two weeks now, and its really not that complicated.
