ABSA BANK SYSTEM ERROR

ABSA, get your staff to wake up !!!. for some reason my debit order bounced at the beginning of the month. On the 8th of June i spoke to a consultant and told he to re-issue the debit order. she agreed, and the call ended.

No debit order was re-issued. instead on the 13th June a amount of R6817.91 was deducted ( as arrears) where my normal payment amount is 10317.91

So when i spoke to the ***** department, i was told that this was vehicle finance. When i spoke to vehicle finance (ref ***3) i was told that this is a system error.

So why is my normal amount not being deducted. Who loaded this amount. ????? Why has this debit order not been processes on the 8th of June.

If my credit record is affected because of your useless staff, i will take action against you.

As i business owner, i do not even bother to call my manager, because she is just as useless.

Lucky for me this is my last month with absa. i have already moved my business accounts to FNB.

And now this amount that has been deducted does not reflect on my account. get somebody what know what they are doing to call me. NOT MY BANK MANAGER.
