ABSA Bank sucks!!

I was extremely disappointed this morning when informed by ABSA that I do not qualify for travel insurance when travelling overseas because I made the payment from my credit card via eft and not directly. Apparently this is one of their well structured policies to generate business. Fact is that all monies for the trip was paid from my credit card. This was the cherry on the cake keeping in mind that they are the most expensive bank I decided to terminate my relationship with ABSA and continue with Capitec and Standard Bank relationships. I regret the fact that I did not do the payment from my Standard Bank card as done last year.
