ABSA Bank sucks

<p>This january i withdraw 1200, and i only received 400, and i have been sent from pillar to post. This is day light *******. And still when i go to the branch they tell me that its still under investigation. This is irritating. How am i supposed to bank with a bank that i cant rely on. </p>
