ABSA Bank Study Loan Rejection

I have been an ABSA Bank client for more than 20 years, but currently the treatment that this bank is giving me is so bad. I am currently having an ABSA study load with ABSA Bank for almost two years, and my monthly payment is up to date. This year I tried three times to top up/apply the study loan because my son is doing his third year, and all my applications were rejected. In the interim, while my study loans were rejected, ABSA called me to top up my credit card, and sometimes I had to top up because of a financial situation that I was in. N.B. I am requesting ABSA to help me take my child to school.
