ABSA BANK - *****S THEIR CUSTOMER MONEY AND EXPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS TO PAY EXTRA FOR THEIR SYSTEM ERRORS

I have a overdraft account with ABSA which I pay every month without error and I pay extra into the account. This is HOW ABSA ROBS AND ***** THEIR CUSTOMERS/MONEY. I had a balance showing of R210.00 , I paid R1000 into the account on the 27/04, my Debit interest of R568.50 , Bank charges R107 for monthly acc fee,R69 for OD Edger fee, All of these fees I am well aware of and I make sure there is enough in the account to cover all , after all of the above there should be a balance of R447.50 ( inclusive of last months balance of (R210.00) .... NOW there is an extra R99.54 and R1.70 debited on the account on the 15 May, with no notification or explanation..... My balance on the account is now 0 (ZERO), this morning I get a call from their collection department from an *********** black consultant that tells me my account is overdrawn and I have to pay a further R300.00 , She refuses to listen to me and I kept asking her for what cause I paid extra .... I then decided to call back and spoke to another consultant names Keegan and he advised me that they had a system error and they double debited my account so my bank charges are now outstanding which I have to pay extra. IS THIS HOW YOU ROB YOUR CUSTOMER , YOU MAKE A f&**k UP AND EXPECT YOUR CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR YOUR ERROR. WHERE IS THE BALANCE ON MY ACCOUNT because it is gone and there is no indication where it's gone too , Even after taking the above I should still have a balance reflecting of R136.26 , where is that money gone too and why do I need to pay R300 more and for what ????????Furthermore you ***** you customer money from the account without notifying them of anything. THIS IS THE REASON WHY I DO NOT BANK WITH ABSA !!!! They are *****'S !!!!!!!! I am taking this further to the OMBUDSMAN , banks get away with alot of our money with no explanation.
