ABSA BANK SPORADICALLY FAILS TO PAYOUT LOTTO WINNINGS AND IS THEREFORE NOT TRUST WORTHY

ABSA encourages you to purchase lottery tickets using the ABSA App. Having done so ABSA then fails to pay out winnings. This has recently occurred as has it in the past.

I struggle to find ABSA's role as lottery agent trust worthy as one has to check and if you find you have not been paid out, you need to call and be bounced around from menu to menu trying to get assistance,

The lotto ticketing process is automated, why not the pay outs, something is severely broken and has a history of the same based on my past experience and of others on this website, this is not a new issue and a re-occurring one..

There are numerous similar complaints here regarding this behaviour on ABSA's part, my trust in ABSA is deeply eroded.
