Absa bank so called exit customer relation after 30 years of being a client

I have been calling absa bank regarding what they mean about customer relationship exit.No explained what this means as I was a client for more than 20 years.The management only say we can't divulge any information taken by the committee.As a client I have a right to know what will happen with our debits,I have never head the so called customer exit relationship.This is an insult and lies.As a client I have a right to know Thulani Sedibe the manager only say he can't tell clients the truth about why the committee reached the decision of hiding info to clients. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. The bank must come out clean before we ********* to the media.This is too much.We can't take it anymore.Lies will not set us free.Can the state intervene and stop this nonsense
