ABSA Bank - *****s for new business and ripp people off

I moved over to Absa and they asured me that they would beat current loan that I had with another bank. Once moved over...note not even the debit order switching went smoothly, They moved the loan and increased the loan amount as well as kept the interest rate the same, they increased the loan term thereby dropping the installment amount. How is that a beating the current loan? They are *****s in the first degree and have false advertising.
