ABSA BANK SERVICES - SHOCKING

<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>I’m lodging a complaint for the claim of my boundary walls that ABSA refuses to assist in this matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>March 2016 I called in to report the damage to my boundary walls due to the previous weeks heavy rains. <br />01 April 2016 Unique contractors came out to my property to inspect and quote the bank</p> <p>09 May 2016 I had to phone ABSA to ask what was going on…The reply was they were waiting for the quote and ABSA will be sending the assessor through</p> <p>11 May 2016 The assessor (Derek ********** 360 )came out, he took pictures and said my property is well maintained and is neat!</p> <p> When I asked him why the remark, he answered that customers like to put claims in and extend.</p> <p>30 May 2016 I had to call ABSA again for info on the claim and ABSA rep**** they are NOT honouring the claim due to my property under maintained..</p> <p>The 2 walls that are affected in this claim are under maintained.</p> <p> 12 June 2016 I received a letter from ABSA NOT assisting with the claim due to our trees. The trees are further away for the wall and nowhere near where the problem is in this matter.</p> <p> My driveway is not even affected as they are closer. I have been with ABSA 21 years +-.. I have claimed for a burst geyser, pool pump, electric fence energiser and oven</p> <p> (which ABSA contractors broke)</p> <p> </p> <p>IF this is the kind of service I will be receiving after these claims and loyalty I think I should consider moving to a BETTER institute</p> <p> </p> <p>NOT A PLEASED CUSTOMER</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be awaiting your reply or taking this matter further</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>R L FENNELL</p> <p>082 ********** </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
