Absa bank service disgusting !!! It realy is!!!

<p>Absa closed my cheq account without any notice to me. They told me that they wanted certain documents after which they will activate mycheq acc again.</p> <p>I send them all the documents they wanted. The account has never been activated again even after they</p> <p>received what they wanted. It is my business account and this caused endless problems.</p> <p>Rental money has been paid into this account and I cannot pay this money over to my Lessors.</p> <p>I wrote 3 emails to Mr Kgiso in Lydenburg and after 2 weeks I have not even had a confirmation of my emails.</p> <p>I phoned him and he is never available. I spoke to his assistant without any feedback or joy?</p> <p> </p> <p>I have expereinced previously that Absa will only react on customer complaints after complaining on this site.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have endless problems withAbsa bank on a ongoing basis.</p>
