Absa bank service

I am not happy with Absa bank service. I was ****med by a supplier (Device Experts)whose business is registered with Absa. When i reported the matter to Absa, providing all the necessary evidence and documents they still couldn't refund me because i reported the matter late. Worst part is that i am not the only one who got such service from Absa bank.
