ABSA BANK SECURETISING LOANS
absa bank *******ly had my home sold on auction way below market value leavving me with an black listing and homeless absa bank and all SA banks operate above the law and secrities loans with out telling the client . the act of secretitaion is when the bank sell the loan to a 3rd party this means they do not own the loan any more and cannot claim it from the client they do this to cover themselves if the client defaults but mostly to make money illagally due to circumstances beyond my control i fell behind on my home loan ,ABSA help you sell approached me to assist in selling my house and we signed all the papers and even set a reseved amount in the event that my house goes on auction.my tenant did not make it easy to get buyers to view the house and i went to the court to try get him evicted and when i finally got the order and went to serve it he laughed at me as he had bought the house on auction not only did ABSA not serve the court order on me but my teneant and they used the excuse that they did not have my address this is wierd as they have been sending me statments to my address. the house valued at 1.5 million was sold to my tenant (who did not pay rent for 2 years)for R300000.00 way below market value but also way below the reserve price we agreed on ABSA bank now claim i owe R80000.00 i have asked for the original bond documents that they used in court but cannot give them to me and give me generic copies (how this was used in court is beyond me )they claim that the originals were destroyed in a fire but they cannot give proof of such a fire neither can they produce copies that according to SA law should be kept in a alternative location they cannot produce these as they do not have them because they were sold to a 3rd party meaning i do not owe ABSA anything but i owe the 3rd party i am currently in a class action against ABSA and all the banks but the banks are once again acting illagally and try every trick to not go before a judge please people beware when getting a bond with a bank and if you do get it written into the contract that the bank may not sell your loan to a third party
