ABSA BANK ruined me

<p>Im typing this from a petrol garage</p> <p>This bank has help me ransom for three days. They have blocked my account because of their own incompetence.</p> <p>I am standing at a petrol station with petrol in my car that I cannot pay for because absa has decided to block my account because they have lost my fica documents.They have told me that they sorted this problem out and that I can continue to transact on my account yet im stuck at a garage at 6:30pm and I cant leave because I cant pay them.</p> <p>I called absa complaintss and a very rude lady who has no simpathy for the problem simply said "who must I put you through " after I vented my disappointment with her.</p> <p>WAT THE HELL MAN.</p> <p>I can believe that this company has done this to me.</p> <p>I cant buy groceries,</p> <p>I have no more airtime to call for help (because I called out R300 of it to Absa</p> <p>Im stuck at a petrol garage and I fee unsafe at this establishment.</p> <p>And they DONT WANT TO HELP ME.</p> <p>Im so upset that I cant access my own money because of the discusting attitude and incompetence of absa.</p> <p>I guess I will be sleeping in my car tonight.</p> <p>THANK YOU ABSA</p>
