Absa bank robbing account holders of their money via debit order

I have been going to absa every month to reverse a debit order that was never authorised in my account and they are not helpful at all. today I called and spoke to a Tumisho Shongwane on ********** 141 only registered my query. I need to know who will pay me back all the bank charges and why would they allow a creditor that I don't even know to debit continually. I need this sorted out else I am changing my bank that I used for more than 30 years with immediate effect. The call reference ********** .
