ABSA Bank Ripping people off their money

<p>I had a debit order that ran in my account twice. When I called the customers service I was taken back and forth. It took them the entire month to fix a simple debit order. Now when I look at my statement I'm charged a lot of charges that are do ridiculous and the only thing they tell you is go to the branch. ABSA doesn't respect people's monies all they do is take. I want my money back in my account before I go to the Ombudsman. To them its little money but to me it puts food on the table.</p>
