ABSA bank Richardsbay poor service.

Once again. Thank u Absa, earlier in the year u claimed i was under dept rewiev, which was not the case. It was rectified by their SLT. Good. Now my card expiered. I want to Absa Richardsbay KZN to get a new card. Wel now i cannot swipe, draw money t the ATM, so i emailed the consultant, no feeback, is this lack of training or incompotance, i dont know. Now i an NOT going to the branch AGAIN. Looks like its time for me to take my money to another bank. Clearly all is not well at Absa Richards bay branch. The the next time ill be goingvte Absa Richardsbay branch is to close all my accounts. Absa can not deliver a service at all. It is really bad, guess my home lone will be via a bank that can deliver.
