ABSA BANK - REVOLVING CREDIT SETTLEMENT LETTER

ABSA bank customer service are so unprofessional. We need a settlement letter for a revolving loan account. The transferring Attorneys have requested this and we have had numerous correspondence with ABSA without any satisfaction. The Transferring Attorneys requested the following: The following should reflect:

Account holders name Bank name Account number to use to pay via EFT. Branch code and name Reference number to use to allocate payment when done Absa keep on sending us the wrong letter without the above as requested. We need this matter solved urgently and even contacted their complaints department, also without success ref: C-***3.

Is there any way that we can escalate this matter so it can be resolved a.s.a.p.
