Absa Bank Query
My name is Xola Mndela, I have a Credit Card with Absa, it ran into arrears. I have resumed payment (of arrears)in the last three months, but they continued to Blacklist me with the Bureau. I was advised by their legal Agent who called me just before I got paid for November, to pay a certain amount in order to be OUT of arrears. But the Bank proceeded to Blacklist me with the Bureau. Does National Credit Act allow Blacklisting while the Debt is being paid? I have proof that I've been paying. ***
