Absa bank poorest service delivery

Absa bank has the poorest service, we went to absa branch regarding an account, they could not help us but gave us a number to phone. We phoned the number the guy on the other side was very helpful but also confirmed that he cannot help us with the account in question, but gave us an email address to send our query to. After several emails still no reply. To phone absa also don't help anymore because the only information they can give is the email address to state our query. Thanks absa for the poorest service ever so glad that I am closing all my accounts with you!!!!
