ABSA Bank - Poor service

ABSA decided to block our business banking account without notification, due to outstanding FICA documents. However, we submitted a full set of documents to our business banker on 20 May 2021. To date no one from ABSA contacted us regarding this matter. This is absolutely poor and pathetic.
