ABSA Bank , poor service

2 Problems -I have traded a car in at Hyundai east rand 3 weeks ago financed with ABSA , ABSA has lost the cars natus which the dealer needs to be able to settle the outstanding amount . For this reason I am still paying for a car that has been sold . Second problem is my ABSA credit card , even thou I am supposed to pay R150 , I pay R1000 per month on debit order every month . They have sent me registered letter of demand for arrears and when I confronted the branch they had a look on the system and assured me there has never been an arrears on my account and that I am a very good client . Now I see that they have listed me on the credit buro as a slow/late payer ???
