Absa bank please release my money

Hi I don't understand why Absa is keeping my money because I really want to pay the bills now I must pay penalties because of their mistakes the money I went to receive on the 27 June 2019 is still not in my account I don't know why that is my problem because the sender receive an email that says I picked up the money but Absa bank is keeping it from please please I need that money Absa don't put their customers as priority first especially if they judge you by skin colour or bank balance plz Absa I need my cask .
