Absa Bank Pinetown, the worst branch Absa Pinetown, is the worst branch, from the moment you enter, there is no one to assist you with which queue to follow, and then you find a queue and spend 1 hour and 45 minutes in the queue just to collect a credit card. They have five workstations, but only two are manned, the consultants are slow, there are extremely long lines, and it is an unprofessional, ineffective branch. It's a pity I had to give them a star; they deserve 0 stars for customer service.
