Absa Bank Phoenix the worst service delivery every

Hello Peter 4 months ago I was diagnosed with cancer After which I approached my bank to do a dreaded disease claim On speaking to my broker Romalon from Absa Phoenix His response was at that I didn't need dreaded disease cover & I'm not covered So I took my complaint to the Absa complaint department bearing in mind till this day 2 years later I still dnt have a copy of my policy Nothing in writing. My broker never gave me the proper service I needed as a Service advisor I'm sitting with medical bills due to my chemotherapy and radiation I dnt even know if I'm going to make it through this procedure And the only thing that Absa complaint department could say was he did advisor me which is lie it's a he said story. My service advisor made many errors like making a mistake with thr policy calling me back to sign also till this date I dnt have my policy Absa is the worste bank you can deal with knowing I'm laid out in hospital not know my family's future ....
