Absa bank personal loan cancellation

<p>I recieved an email from SARS regarding tax refund due to me with a link prompt when i followed the link it prompted me to select the bank instirution where the refund will be paid. I was then prompted to log in and appon logging in i recieved absa prompts to confirm next tin i know i have taken up a personal loan. When i called absa to reverse this i was told the i can not reverse it today </p>
